For those of you who are new to Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) or have years of experience, this free poster will be a useful resource.

The BPMN poster is based on BPMN Specification 1.0 and the poster’s source file is available from Sourceforge’s repository.
Thanks to Sandy Kemsley for pointing out that a BPMN Specification Ver 1.1 poster can be found at: http://bpt.hpi.uni-potsdam.de/pub/Public/BPMNCorner/BPMN1_1_Poster_EN.pdf
Also available are free Visio stencils for BPMN modeling. Source files can be downloaded here.

As part of the selection of primer/tutorial presentations that I have found in my Cyber travels, I thought I would highlight this one from Michael zur Muehlen, an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Stevens Institute of Technology who has developed a few of these over the past couple of years.
The presentation focusses on BPM standards for those who are not familiar with the concepts. It explores how standards are developed and adopted as well as some of the details for the more commonly known standards bodies and e.g. BPMN, XPDL, BPEL etc.
