Business Process Management (BPM) Standards – A Quick Start Presentation

As part of the selection of primer/tutorial presentations that I have found in my Cyber travels, I thought I would highlight this one from Michael zur Muehlen,  an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Stevens Institute of Technology who has developed a few of these over the past couple of years.

The presentation focusses on BPM standards for those who are not familiar with the concepts. It explores how standards are developed and adopted as well as some of the details for the more commonly known standards bodies and e.g. BPMN, XPDL, BPEL etc.
